Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the shift operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Train and mentor new team members on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to achieve business goals

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bartending, customer service, or hospitality management
